Meet the Team

Adam and Hannah Heather

Adam and Hannah Heather have two kids, Thea and Noah and have recently made the move across the Irish Sea from Guildford to Northern Ireland in the Summer of 2024. Having spent 12 years in Guildford growing their family and serving in Senior Leadership roles in both the 24-7 prayer movement and their Church at Emmaus Rd, they felt the call to come and serve House Church in Newtownards.

Leadership Structure

Lead Team

The day to day running of House Church is delegated to the Senior Lead/ Lead Team, consisting of our Senior Pastors, Executive Pastor, Assistant Pastors (Ministry & Worship and Gatherings), Compassion Pastor, Kids Pastor, and Youth Pastor. We then have our staff members of Kids Worker, Administration, and Finance.


Board of Elders

Decisions on Spiritual direction and policy are made by the Board of Elders, consisting of 3 members, this group meets monthly to pray, to seek God and ensure the spiritual wellbeing of the church is in line with the vision of the church.


Board of Directors

Decisions on policy and governance are made by the Board of Directors, who are also the trustees of House Church, consisting of 6 members. The members meet monthly and are responsible for the policy, governance, and financial management of the organisation. The Executive Pastor sits on the Board as a member who reports to the Board of trustees on operational running of the church and staff.
